No charge for children below 5 years
Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of advance equivalent to 50% of total charges for period of stay.
Advances are non-refundable on cancellation or non arrival of guests.
Postponements of a booking date will be treated as a cancellation and normal reservation and cancellation terms will apply
24 hours notice is required for early checkout.
In the event of early check out without notice, 1 days stay will be charged.
There is no reduction in the package rates if facilities are used or not.
10% Service charge will be levied
Service Tax 7.416% & Cess 1% (Sikkim Ecology Fund & Environment Cess) on total bill.

Hotel The Planter's Home accepts no liability for cancellations, delays or changes that are caused by war, threat of war, airport closures, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, loss of or damage to any personal property of the guests.

Cancellation Policy

Early Check-in or Late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
Check-in time & check-out time is 12 noon.
If Cancelled before 10 days 80% refund, Between 10 to 5 days 50% refund, less than 5 days No Show or No Refund.
It is mandatory for guest to present valid photo identification where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstance where it appears that the reservation contain or resulted from a mistake or error
Above 5 years will be considered as Adult
Service charge and Service Tax extra 50 percent of total amount should be paid in advance for confirmation.
