Cancellation Policy
1) THE MINIMUM CANCELLATION CHARGE IS 25% OF THE TOTAL NET RATE. IN CASE OF 100% ADVANCE PAID BY THE GUEST THEY WILL BE CHARGED ONLY 20% OF THE TOTAL NET RATE.
2) 50% OF NET RATE WILL BE CHARGEABLE IF CANCELLED BEFORE 15 DAYS FROM CH/IN DATE.
3) 100% OF NET RATE WILL BE CHARGEABLE IF CANCELLED BEFORE 72 HOURS FROM CH/IN DATE.
4) POSTPONEMENT OF BOOKING WILL BE APPLICABLE BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF ROOM AND IT WILL BE CHARGED 10% OF THE TOTAL NET RATE.
