Bermiok
At an altitude of 5,905 ft the Hee village is situated on Kaluk Dentam road of West Sikkim. Bermiok is upward journey from Hee situated in the buffer zone of Varsey Rhododendron Sanctuary. Amidst nature Bermiok is around 150 km away from NJP. Around Bermiok there are small hamlets of Lepcha tribes. Panoramic view of Kanchenjungha is key feature of Bermiok. Walk for an hour downwards from Bermiok Bazaar to visit Sirijunga Fall or Sirijunga Vadhan. At the meeting point of Reshi Khola and Kalej is situated Sirijunga cave which is locally known as Sirijunga Phuku. Also see the mysterious holy box. If you want to take a village trail amidst nature you visit Phagu Dnara via Martam village. Visit Yuma Samyo Mangheem and Chhaya Taal located at Hee Kyangbari. Here in this beautiful little lake amidst lush green nature you can ride boats. Near Hee village don't forget to visit the water park and the largest prayer wheel. Best time to visit is October to December and March to May.
