
After breakfast, go for a ride to explore Paro’s sightseeing attractions- Rinpung Dzong (Paro Dzong), Kyichu Lhakhang, Drukgyal Dzong, Tiger Nest Monasteries (Viewpoint), and Ta Dzong (Paro Museum). Built within the conch-shaped building of Ta Dzong, the National Museum is known for housing rare artefacts that date back to the early 2nd century. After lunch, we will drive you to Rinpung Dzong famously known as Paro Dzong. Listed under the tentative sites of UNESCO Paro Dzong is only open during the auspicious festival of Tsechu although you can take a walk in the courtyard of the Dzong. Behind the white-washed wall of Paro Dzong is the most sacred artifact of Bhutan the Thondrol of Guru Rinpoche.
Next, start your 3-4 hrs journey to your hotel in Phuentsholing. The distance between Paro to Phuentsholing is 143 kilometres.
