In our 3 Nights and 4 Days Dooars Tour Package, we will be taking you to the mesmerizing Buxa Fort, Pokhri Hill, TGN (Chunia) Tower, Rajabhatkhawa. We will also take you to explore Coochbehar and the breathtaking Rasikbil too. Day wise Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Jayanti

You will be greeted by our humble representative when you will arrive at New Alipurduar Railway Station. After completing the greeting process, you will be transferred to Jayanti, a tiny hamlet full of spectacular places in Alipurduar district of West Bengal. After covering approximately 40 km, you will finally reach Jayanti. Now, check into your resort and freshen up. In the evening, enjoy the beauty of a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Finally, after having a delicious dinner, spend the night here at Jayanti.

Day 2: Jayanti Local Sightseeing

Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast as it is the day to explore some of the fascinating sightseeing places at Jayanti. We will drive you to Buxa Fort first, one of the earliest forts in Eastern India. Located at an elevation of 2844 ft above the sea level, Buxa Fort offers a thrilling experience of trekking. This fort was used to be a notorious prison during the rule of British and it is also believed that Subhas Chandra Basu, a great patriot of India was also imprisoned here.

After enjoying the beauty of Buxa Fort and viewing the nearby Buxa Tiger Reserve, we will drive you to Pokhri Hill. Situated at a distance of 4 km away from Jayanti, the place is considered to be one of the most sacred places for Hindu and Buddhists people. Here you will get an immense experience of trekking, magnificent beauty of nature, chirping of many melodious birds which you have never experienced before. Moreover, you can also visit the famous and sacred pond of Pokhri hill which is full of turtles and Magur fishes.

Your next destination is TGNM watch Tower which is just 3 km away from Jayanti. Surrounded by lush green forest, the view of the surrounding places is quite astonishing. The Buxa Tiger Reserve looks scenic and charming from here and if you are lucky enough, you can accidentally point out some wild animals.

In our Dooars Toor Package for 3 Nights 4 Days, you will be driven to Rajabhatkhawa next. Surrounded by dense forests, this breathtaking village is located near Buxa Tiger Reserve. An ideal place for nature lovers, the animal rescue center is one of the major attractions of Rajabhatkhawa where you can see many injured wild animals are being treated by the forest officials to release them again in the forest. You can also indulge yourself in Safari, bird watching and trekking activities.

After absorbing the beauty of all these charming places, return back to your resort and fresh yourself up. Spend the remaining time at leisure and finally after having delicious dinner, overnight stay at Jayanti.

Day 3: Cooch Behar and Rasikbil Sightseeing

Day 3 of our Dooars Tour Package for 3 Nights and 4 Days is all about exploring Cooch Behar and the famous Rasikbil. Wake up early in the morning and after having a light breakfast, start a journey towards Cooch Behar. After reaching Cooch Behar, you will be going to Cooch Behar Palace first. Built-in 1887, this magnificent palace is the major attraction of tourists in Coochbeahar. It was established by Raja Nipendra Narayan and the combination of British and Mughal architectural style gives it a distinctive look. As it was made by taking inspiration from Buckingham Palace, the bricks of the architecture are all red. Located just a couple of meters away from the Palace, you will explore The Madan Mohan Temple now. Built just two years later of the Palace, this ancient temple is also a major tourist attraction of Coochbehar. You will also visit Baneswar Shiva Temple. The atmosphere of the temple is quite charming and the pond near it is the habitant of tortoises.

You will be also going to our famous Rasikbil. The lake is a heaven for bird lovers as you can see various unique birds here, such as cormorants, storks, parrots, spoonbill, kingfisher, owl, and many others. Moreover, there is also a crocodile rehabilitation center, leopard house, tortoise rescue center, and python house in this place which attracts countless tourists every day.

After seeing all these attractive places, you will be driven back to your resort. Take some rest there and later have your dinner. Overnight stay at Jayanti.
