There is a Tibetan monastery located on Durpin Hill named Durpin Monastery. From the upper terrace of the monastery, you will get a magnificent view of Kalimpong town with Kanchenjunga in the background, the valley and the plains, Teesta and Reang Rivers flowing down, and lovely tea estates of Peshoke area, Pine View Cactus Nursery has a great collection of cactus and ornamental plants.
Moreover, You will get a great view of Kalimpong town from the backside lawn, Mangal Dham is an excellent temple complex built in the memory of late Guruji Mangal Dasji and dedicated to Lord Krishna. Dr Graham's Homes School was set up by Dr J. A. Graham in 1900 as an orphanage cum school for destitute Anglo-Indian children. It is located on the way to Dello Hills and you can walk across to various parts of the school. Have lunch on the way to Deolo Hills.
Deollo Hills is an 8acre lush parkland with manicured flower gardens and several viewpoints with breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga, Hanuman Mandir perched on the hill a short hike towards this temple offers a serene and picturesque view of the Kanchenjunga peak in its full glory and on a sunny day neighbouring the state of Sikkim and the surrounding landscapes of Lava and Kafer hills is also clearly visible.
