After breakfast, check out from the resort and drive to Lataguri. Located at a distance of 85 km it is a 2 hrs drive to Lataguri. Lataguri is quaint township in Jalpaiguri District situated adjacent to Gorumara National Park. Surrounded by dense sub-tropical forest Lataguri is also the entry point of Gorumara National Park. On arrival at Lataguri, check into your resort and freshen up. After lunch, be ready for the afternoon Jungle Safari in Gorumara. It is a great way to witness the exquisite flora and fauna of Gorumara and explore the thick wooded forest of Dooars region. You will come across many animals like Sambar, Bison, Wild Boar and Barking Deers and if you might come even spot the famous One-Horned Rhinoceros along with the herd of Wild Elephants. (Every year Gorumara National Park remains close from 15th June to 15th September during this time you cannot go for Elephant or Jeep Safari in Gorumara.)
