On arrival at NJP/Bagdogra, you will be greeted by our officials and then transferred to your hotel in Phuentsholing. If you are arriving at NJP/Bagdogra it is an approx 4hrs journey to Phuentsholing and if you are arriving at Hasimara it is an overall 1hr journey to reach Phuentsholing. Phuentsholing is a border town of Southern Bhutan located next to the Jaigaon of India. Check into your hotel and freshen up. After making the Inner Line Permit you are free for the rest of the evening. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.
Wake up early and after breakfast, check out from your hotel to start your 4hrs drive towards your hotel in Thimphu. It is the Capital City of Bhutan renowned for showcasing the impeccable blend of religious belief and modern culture in its architectural style. Reach Thimphu after covering an approximate distance of 146 kilometres. Have dinner and a night stay at our hotel in Thimphu.
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and start your 2-3hrs journey to your hotel in Punakha. Punakha is the first capital of Bhutan, one of the most pictorial towns of Bhutan. Punakha's sightseeing attractions include Dochu la Pass, Chhimi Lhakhang, Punakha Dzong, and the Suspension Bridge (The longest Bridge in Bhutan).
After an early breakfast, check out from your hotel, and proceed to your hotel in Paro. Paro is a historically significant town in Bhutan. Etched with the rich essence of the regal Bhutanese era, Paro is located at a distance of 115km from Punakha. Paro is strategically situated along the banks of Mo Chhu and Pa Chhu and is blessed with a rich ecology. Have your lunch on the way to Paro. After a journey of 3 hours filled with astounding landscapes check into your hotel and freshen up.
Wake up early and after breakfast we will drive you to Haa Valley. Spread over an area of 1706sq km Haa Valley is one of the most picturesque places of the Bhutanese Kingdom. The 2hrs journey towards Haa Valley is full of blue pine and rhododendron trees with the most pictorial view of the green valley and mountain. After covering 40 km you will come across the highest motorable point in Bhutan, Chelela Pass. Perched at an altitude of 4200mt, from Chelela Pass you can witness the most amazing view of Mt Chomolhari and Jichu Darkey. After witnessing the bewitching sight continue your journey towards Haa Valley and after covering 22km you will reach Haa Valley. This village is one of the least visited places in Bhutan due to which the air is still pure and the forest still primaeval. It is an ideal place for finding peace and going on a short trek. In Haa Valley, you will also get an insight into the folk culture and shamanistic ritual, after adorning the scenic beauty of Haa Valley head back to your hotel in Paro. Reach Paro after covering 71km and you are free for the rest of the evening. Overnight stay at Paro.
After breakfast, go for a ride to explore Paro's sightseeing attractions- Rinpung Dzong (Paro Dzong), Kyichu Lhakhang, Drukgyal Dzong, Tiger Nest Monasteries (Viewpoint), and Ta Dzong (Paro Museum). Built within the conch-shaped building of Ta Dzong, the National Museum is known for housing rare artefacts that date back to the early 2nd century. After lunch, we will drive you to Rinpung Dzong famously known as Paro Dzong. Listed under the tentative sites of UNESCO Paro Dzong is only open during the auspicious festival of Tsechu although you can take a walk in the courtyard of the Dzong. Behind the white-washed wall of Paro Dzong is the most sacred artifact of Bhutan the Thondrol of Guru Rinpoche.
After your breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Bagdogra Airport/NJP. Relish the beauty of the astounding landscape of Phuentsholing while bidding farewell to the mystical land of Bhutan. It is an overall 4-hour journey with an approximate distance of 140-160km.
