So, after breakfast, check out from the homestay and start your journey towards Kolakham, a remote village in the Kalimpong district of West Bengal. Start your sightseeing journey by visiting Neora Valley National park, comprising nearly 100 acres of forest land. The place is ideal for nature and bird lovers. Feel the solace of nature here and get to know a very unique creature named Red Panda. The park is also a natural habitat of many other wild animals you can see.
After covering not more than 5 km and reaching Kolakham, check into the homestay and have lunch. After spending some time at leisure, visit Changey Falls, a mesmerizing waterfall also one of the highest altitude waterfalls in the entire North Bengal. It is a hidden treasure amidst the hills and forests where you can see shimmering crystal clear falling water. Moreover, the melodious chirping of amazing Himalayan Birds like Grey Treepie, Indian Robin, Blue Whistling Thrush, White Capped Water Redstart, Verditer Flycatcher, Niltava, Blue Fronted Redstart, etc add more charm to this mesmerizing place.
After spending the entire day and absorbing the scenic beauty of Changey Falls, our driver will drive you back to your homestay. Take some rest and fresh yourself up. Overnight stay at Kolakham after having a delicious dinner.
