Next, while returning from Tiger Hill, visit a 135-year-old ancient monastery named Ghoom Monastery. Come closer to this architectural excellence and feel the presence of Buddha. Later, visit Batasia Loop, a magnificent viewpoint, ideal for having an excellent panoramic view of Darjeeling, Kanchenjunga, and other Himalayan Peaks. Built-in the honor of Tenzing Norway and Edmund Hillary, this institution is filled with climbing walls, artefacts, and gear used by Tenzing Norgay for its first expedition to Mount Everest. Visit Padmaza Zoological Park next where many rare wild animals live such as Pandas, Tibetan Woolf, etc. You will also be visiting Chitrey Tea Garden, Darjeeling Ropeway, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Tenzing Gombu Rock, etc. Put an end to this sightseeing journey after visiting all these attractive places. Return to your hotel and overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Wake up early, have breakfast, and check out from your hotel as day 3 will be about having a wonderful journey towards Sikkim's Capital city Gangtok, an exotic Buddhist haven. After covering more than 98 km and spending approximately 4 hours, you will finally reach Gangtok. Now, check into your hotel and have some rest. In the evening, stroll into the nearby places and markets. Take some fast- food if you want and enjoy the evening lifestyle of Sikkim. Later, return back to your hotel and after having a delicious dinner, overnight stay at Gangtok.

After having an early morning breakfast, get ready to have extreme fun. First, you will be going to visit the splendid Tsomgo Lake. Located at an elevation of 12310 feet, it is a glacial lake also named the Changu Lake. The lake is oval-shaped and has an average depth of 5o feet. During the season of winter, the water of the entire lake becomes frozen which increases the beauty and charm of it.

Next, start your journey towards Baba Mandir. Located just 18 km away from Changu Lake, the temple was made in the honor of an Indian Army major, Baba Harbajan Sigh. Also, known as the "Hero of Nathula", Baba Harbajan Singh was a brave soldier who fulfills all the wishes of the people.
