Reservations are held till 6 p.m. unless arrival time is indicated.

If canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival 100 percent of the first night will be charged
If canceled up to 21 days before date of arrival a fixed amount of INR 500 will be charged.
If canceled later the total price of the reservation will be charged
All booking payments must be made at least 21 days before actual arrival date, failing which Dekeling Resort and Hotel will not be held responsible if the booking are released
