Terms & Conditions

1. Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of placement of the order.
2. If you wish to check in late, kindly inform us. In case of amendment, cancellation, the hotel must be notified at least 6 hours in advance.
3. Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one nights room tariff.
4. In the event of a cancellation prior to 48 hrs, please do retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is levied.
5. Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check out. We are not in a position to accept personal cheques and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts which have a Credit facility with the respective hotel.
6. Prior information for a Smoking or Non Smoking Room will enable us to provide on priority, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

1. Check in and check out time is 12 noon.
2. Any cancellation within 15days of check in date will attract full charge of the booking period.
3. Any cancellation within 15 days of booking period will attract one day full tariff charge.
4. Any cancellation before 21 days of booking period, will not attract any cancellation charges.except bank processing fee of Rs.500/-
5. All booking payments must be made at least 21 days before actual booking date, failing which Montana Hotel will not be held responsible if the booking are released
