Terms & Conditions
- It is mandatory that every individual guest should carry a valid original govt. photo-id proof for Check-In at the hotel.
- Our Check-In and Check-Out time is 12 Noon.
- The above mentioned rates are subject to guaranteed no. of pax as mentioned above, decreasing of rooms or pax will effect to rates on conditional basis.
- The above mentioned rates are very much confidential & requested not to disclose this rates under any circumstances without prior sanction from the management of the hotel.
- All the online portals are requested to display the rack-rates on there website. Changes in the rates will effect to discontinuation of the contract.
- The Hotels Management have the sole right of changing the rates with prior notice to there business partners.
- All bookings will be accepted through official mail-id or a hard copy of company's reservation slip or booking vouchers.
- All bills are payable at the time of check out directly by the guests through Cash or Credit- Card.
- In case of non- listed travel agents/ corporate company booking full payment required at the time of confirming the booking.
- In case of bill to company Authorization letter is compulsory. Maximum credit allowed is 15 working days from the date of receipt of bills.(Applicable after Corporate Tie-Up)
- Group bookings are subject to 50% advance at the time of confirming the booking. In case of B.T.C. a authorization letter at company's letter-head duely signed by the superior head of the company is required. (Applicable after Corporate Tie-Up)
Cancellation Policy
- 100% retention charges will be charged in terms of cancellation within 7 days prior to Check-In.
- 50% retention charges will be charged in terms of cancellation within 10 days prior to Check-In.
- No retention charges will be charged in terms of cancellation within 15 days prior to Check-In.
- Children below 8 years without extra bed will be complimentary on EP basis.
- Children above 8 years will be counted as on extra person & will be charged as per extra person charges.
