1. If you wish to check in late, kindly inform us. In case of amendment, cancellation, the hotel must be notified at least 6 hours in advance.
2. Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one nights room tariff.
3. In the event of a cancellation prior to 48 hrs, please do retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is levied.
4. Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check out. We are not in a position to accept personal cheques and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts which have a Credit facility with the respective hotel.
5. Children above 10 years will be sharing with parents in same bed Rupees 200/- and with Extra Bed at same room Rs. 400/- Extra.

4. Any cancellation before 21 days of booking period, will not attract any cancellation charges.except bank processing fee of Rs500/-
5. All booking payments must be made at least 21 days before actual booking date, failing which Jopa Palace will not be held responsible if the booking are released
