Cancellation Policy
- No retention charge if cancelled 30 days prior to the guests arrival date.
- A retention charge of 10% (Rate X No of room nights) will be imposed if cancelled within 15 to 29 days, prior to the guests arrival date.
- A retention charge of 25% (Rate X No of room nights) will be imposed if cancelled within 7 to 14 days, prior to the guests arrival date.
- A retention charge of 50% (Rate X No of rooms nights) will be imposed if cancelled within 3 to 7 days, prior to the guests arrival date.
- A retention charge of 75% (Rate X No of room nights) will be imposed if cancelled within 24 to 72 hours, prior to the guests arrival date.
- A retention charge of 100% (Rate X No of room nights) will be imposed if cancelled within 24hrs, prior to the guests arrival date.
