Only the reservation as entered into and confirmed by the booking agent will be honored. Any written or printed confirmation that has been altered may be rejected by the hotel.

All payments will be done in cash because as of current we do not have a facility to honor any sort of cards, we apologize for this and we are working towards rectifying it.

Cancellation: If modified or cancelled before 10 days from the date of arrival then there will be no charge. If modified or cancelled before 5 days from the date of arrival, a fee of 20% will be charged and if cancelled before 2 days from the date of arrival or in case of no show your entire booking amount will be charged.
