Terms & Conditions
- Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of placement of the order.
- If you wish to check in late, kindly inform us. In case of amendment, cancellation, the hotel must be notified at least 6 hours in advance.
- Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one nights room tariff.
- In the event of a cancellation prior to 48 hrs, please do retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is levied.
- Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check out. We are not in a position to accept personal cheques and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts which have a Credit facility with the respective hotel.
- Prior information for a Smoking or Non Smoking Room will enable us to provide on priority, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Check in and check out time is 12 noon.
- Any cancellation within 15days of check in date will attract full charge of the booking period.
- Any cancellation within 15 days of booking period will attract one day full tariff charge.
- Any cancellation before 21 days of booking period, will not attract any cancellation charges.except bank processing fee of Rs.500/-
- All booking payments must be made at least 21 days before actual booking date, failing which Montana Hotel will not be held responsible if the booking are released
