The reservations will be subject to cancellation policy as below. Cancellation should be made in writing by E-mail, Fax and supported with a phone call to the Front Desk.
- No cancellation charges if cancelled before 15 days of arrival. No retention charge.
- 50% of the 1st Night stay will be charged as retention charges, if cancelled within 15-9 days of arrival.
- One day pro-rata cancellation charges will charged for cancellations received 8 days prior to arrival
- Full retention will be charged for cancellation received 7 days and less than 7 days prior to arrival.
- The above cancellation policy is not valid during long weekends, Christmas, New Year and during certain other times of the year wherein rooms will be confirmed subject to non refundable advance
