Cancellation policy: (policy also applies in the case of part cancellation)

1. 100% will be retained if cancelled 1 day prior to arrival

2. 50 % of the total charge will be retained if cancelled within 2-7 days prior to check in date

3. 25% will be retained if cancelled within 8-15 days prior to check in

4. No retention if cancelled within 16 days or more prior to check in

5. n the cases where the guest has booked and could not reach hotel due to Bandhs, Strikes or landslides, there will be no retention at all.
