Terms & Conditions
- All bookings will be confirmed against payment of 50% Advance.
- Balance amount are to be credited into our account 15 days prior to arrival.
- Only 1 extra adult/ bed will be permitted in a room. Cost of extra bed 1600 per night, cost of child with no bed 1000 per night, children only below 5yrs will be complimentary.
- The above rates are valid for both season & off Season.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of No show or cancellation within 72hrs prior to arrival would attract 1 night retention, and within 24hrs prior to arrival date, Would attract 100% retention charges.
- Cancellation within 1 week of arrival will attract 50% retention.
- 25% shall be charged as retention for cancellation within 15days to the arrival date.
- For groups cutoff date would be 30days prior to arrival. In the event of no show or cancellation within 30days prior to the group arrival would attract 1 night retention charge, and within 15days prior to the arrival date would attract full retention charges.
- In case of early departure after check in is done 100% retention would be charged on the balance nights booked.
