Cooked food from outside are not allowed within the Hotel premises.

Lunch & Dinner are compulsory for all boarders every day.

GST will be charged on cooked food, & @10% service charge is applicable on food those are supplied in room, @20% service charge on Lawn, roof top & beach service.

For extra person charges will be @ Rs. 600 per head for A.C. & Rs. 500 Non- A.C rooms per day.
•
Children 5 years of age and above will be treated as adult person.
•
GST on room rent will be applicable extra as per GST rate slabs.
•
Tariff is subject to be changed without prior notice.
•
No cancellation on regular weekends, long weekends, National & State holiday’s days as decided by the management.
•
Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment
.
•
If the booking is made through the agency, cancellation should be done through that agency only.
•
Any movable articles like room towels, room keys should not be taken out of the Hotel premises.
•
Outside Drinks Strictly Prohibited.

3> 6 days to 24 Hrs. prior to arrival date 50.00%
