Cancellation Policy

1. If booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount is charged.
2. If booking is cancelled within 2 – 14 days prior to check in, 50% of the total booking amount is charged.
3. If booking is cancelled within 14 – 30 days prior to check in, 25% of the total booking amount is charged.
4. No cancellation amount charged if cancelled 1 month prior to check in.
5. Any bookings which is part cancelled, postponed or bookings date brought forward is subjective to cancellation policy for the previous made booking.
6. Full amount will be refunded in case of natural disaster (such as earthquakes, landslides, flood), state of war/ political disturbance.
