Cancellation Policy
- If booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount is charged.
- If booking is cancelled within 2 – 7 days prior to check in, 50% of the total booking amount is charged.
- If booking is cancelled within 8 – 14 days prior to check in, 25% of the total booking amount is charged.
- No cancellation amount charged if cancelled 15days prior to check in.
- Any bookings which is part cancelled, postponed or bookings date brought forward is subjective to cancellation policy for the previous made booking.
- Full amount will be refunded in case of natural disaster (such as earthquakes, landslides, flood), state of war/ political disturbance.
