    > Extension of nights may be arranged on request, subject to availability on pro-data basis.
    > A guaranteed reservation will be held until 06:00 PM unless a late arrival is specified.
    > In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.

Cancellation Policy

  > 1 Night retention will be chargeable if booking cancelled more than 3 days prior to arrival.
