After arrival at New Jalpaiguri Station (NJP)/ Bagdogra Airport and start your 4hr journey towards Lava. Your journey towards this small town will be full of serene sights of lofty green mountains and Roaring River Teesta. Lava is a quaint little town tucked away in the eastern Himalayas. It is also the paradise for the bird’s watcher since it’s located near the forested area. After covering approx 120 km you will reach Lava and check into the hotel. After freshening up you are free for the rest of day to relax and take a stroll in the nearby places and visit Lava Monastery which is an ideal place to get a picturesque view of the adjacent mountain.
