Day 1: Royal Heritage & Tribal Culture: Jhargram Rajbari, Kanak Durga & Chilkigarh

Your journey begins early morning from the Tourism Centre, Kolkata, where guests assemble and enjoy a welcome drink. At 7:30 AM, the AC coach departs with packed breakfast as you glide through scenic countryside roads towards Jhargram.

Around 11:30 AM, reach the majestic Jhargram Rajbari Tourism Property, a heritage palace surrounded by lush greenery. After a wholesome lunch, the sightseeing tour begins.

Your first stop is the revered Kanak Durga Temple, nestled amidst dense forests - a serene place believed to be centuries old. Accommodation is on twin sharing basis (For single occupancy requirements 25% extra on package rate is chargeable and needs to contact Tourism Centre, Kolkata for such requests) for packages with night stay at WBTDCL Tourism Properties.
It is compulsory for tourists to carry a valid Photo ID card like Voter Card / Passport / Pan Card/ Driving License/ Photo ID card issued by Central / State Govt. for their employees etc., mentioned in reservation slip in original for availing the tour.
The reservation tickets are not transferable and valid only if one of the ID cards is presented.
During the course of the package the decision of the tour conducting office would be final.
A-la-carte menu is available on demand at the respected Tourism Property at own cost.
