Visited Doors latagiri and jaldapara absolutely for those who love wild life and jungle safari the resort we checked in to was amazing it's like staying in the jungle it self, location was perfect with pleasant climate temperature around 14 deg to 23 deg was just what we wanted Jeep safari at latagiri was excellent though were unlucky to spot any wild life that's because we tried the third shift 1st shift safari is best to spot animals Jaldapara elephant safari was the best and we're lucky to spot rhinoceros, dears,wild boar and bison and a short trip to Phuntsholing which is in Bhutan was great.The service provided by North Bengal tourism I give10 on 10 my family just enjoyed the package provided by NBT.food was homely.overall best and quality tour experience Show More

I am really satisfied with the kind of service we received from North Bengal Tourism, while me and my wife traveled to D ooars for a 3 nights 4 days tour . Starting from the communications with Ms Soma Bhattacharya where she shared the itinerary of tour , till the end date all the things mentioned were taken care. We were received well at NJP and i would really like to thank Mr Kamal for helping us every bit whenever i required assistance of the tour. He even booked Bus tickets for me , as my train tickts for travelling back to kolkata was not confirmed . The courteous behavior of the driver Raju , really overwhelmed me . The places we visited were really nice thanks to the tour planner and we are really happy to have taken the services of North Bengal Tourism. May be the resort of Jaldapara (Wild Hut) , cud have been a little better ( but in understand that due to the peak season, that we choose to tour availability of better resorts were at premium) Priti Resort was good though in every respect. Again i would like to thank north bengal tourism for providing me an opportunity to explore dooars well , and i hope next time any tour towards that side of India we would take the assistance of North Bengal Tourism. Dear Madam, Sorry for being late in giving the feedback.The service provided by North Bengal Tourism is no doubt excell ent.The Mayur Resort in Lataguri and Wild Hut in Jaldapara, both were good,Accomodation ,food and behaviour of the staffs at both the resorts were quite amiable.The only thing Mayur Resort lacked is the geyser and the blankets provided at Wild Hut were smelling horribly.Apart from this,we really enjoyed the tour and always felt at home, made possible by Mr.Abhisek and Mr.Amal.Special mention to the driver,Paritosh whose ever-smilling face and constant guiding would be remembered for long.Thanks to all.With regards.
